Have you spotted an error or encountered different terms on our GiftCard Report Card feature? Do you have an idea for a charitable organization that has an organized plan to receive and utilize gift cards from a specific product category (and would like to see them featured on our site)? Please use one of the convenient forms found below to communicate with us.
- Great Idea. Do you have an idea for the site? Is there some aspect related to the purchase, management or use of gift cards you find missing from our site? Please take a moment to tell us. If we actually implement your idea you will be eligible to receive a $100 Gift Card for the retailer of your choice!
- Suggest A Store. Does your favorite store or restaurant chain issue gift cards, but you do not find them on our list when you want to register your own gift card? Please complete this form. Due to the growth of the gift card industry and the technology that makes it possible for even your local "Mom & Pop" store to offer gift cards, we are unable to list everyone. But if they are large enough (they may be one of the large national or regional chains we may have missed!) in your city or state, we'll do our best to correct our oversight.
- Fix It. Our Gift Card Report Card, to allow you to Shop, Compare & Buy gift cards, is comprised of information on terms, conditions and online gift card purchase shipping charges from hundreds of retailers. In the ever-competitive retail landscape, these terms and conditions are constantly changing. We're a small organization and it's a big retail universe out there! While we guaranty that every retailer will be surveyed, reviewed or updated at least twice per year, we sure would appreciate any assistance you can offer, so that the community of gift card buyers can benefit. Should you encounter terms or conditions that are different than what we have listed, please submit it on this form. We will research and verify each submission. If your information was accurate, we will update the listing, and enter you in our monthly drawing for one of five $25.00 Gift Cards from the retailer of your choice! The previous month's winners will be found on our Promotions page.
- Suggest a Charity for GiftCardTracker Cares. Do you have an idea for a charitable organization that may benefit from receiving donations of unwanted or partially-used gift cards in a specific product category (such as apparel, books, musical instruments, etc.)? Please complete the online form and submit for our review.
- Scam Alert. Should you receive an e-mail that you think is suspicious, please do not respond to it. Instead, forward it directly to us at ScamAlert@GiftCardTracker.com. Please remember: if you are a registered site user, we will never ask you for your account password, your Social Security Number, any credit card accounts or bank account information. There are not any exceptions to this!
- Retailer Update. Are you a representative of one of the retailers listed on the Gift Card Report Card, and you would like to update your listing? Please utilize this form, with your contact information so we can verify the submission before we post it for all to see. Thanks! (Sorry...you are not eligible for our "Fix It" Gift Card promotion, but you may see a huge jump in your gift card sales!)
- Advertise With Us. Do you represent a national, regional or large local retailer with a gift card program, and would like information about our advertising opportunities to enable you to reach gift card buyers and gift card holders?
